The program
Coverage, payroll, and a floor team — in one structure.
You do not bolt HR and safety onto a policy after the fact. Fieldside is built so the people and the premium live together, which is the only way the price stays honest.

01
Talk to Driscoll
You work with an independent agent — Kerry Driscoll — not a national call center. We learn the work you do, the payroll, the class codes, and what you currently pay.
02
A side-by-side, not a pitch
We put your standalone workers’ compensation policy next to the Fieldside bundle. Premium, deposits, audits, and the salaries you would otherwise have to fund. If it does not win on paper, we say so.
03
Discovery meeting
We sit down to determine whether a strategic partnership makes sense for you — not just whether we can write the coverage. If it is not the right fit, we say so and shop a traditional market.
04
Payroll runs with the coverage
Work comp premiums are calculated from payroll, so they run together. Pay-as-you-go, no deposit, no year-end audit. Taxes and filings go with it.
05
The floor team is assigned
A risk specialist, HR specialist, payroll specialist, and business consultant are named to your company. They come on site. You keep hiring, firing, and running the work.
06
The program stays on the floor
Safety walks, claims, handbooks, labor-cost reviews — on a cadence, not after a crisis. When you grow, the program scales with headcount instead of surprising you.
What you keep. What we take.
You still hire, fire, set the work, and run the company. Fieldside is a professional-employer arrangement: payroll, workers’ compensation, HR infrastructure, and risk sit in the program, and named specialists come to your workplace. Control of the crew stays with you.
